Waiting list applications are available from May 11th through October 15, 2010 for the following:

• Efficiency, 1 BR & 2 BR (Ridge Oak - Section 8 rent subsidized units) located on Manchester Drive.
• 1 BR (Ridge Oak II - Section 202 rent subsidized units) located at 35 Lindbergh Lane.

Eligibility for Ridge Oak - Section 8 rent subsidized units located on Manchester Drive:

• Applicants must be 62 years of age or older.
• Applicant gross annual income:
  Individual $46,000
  Two-persons $52,600

Eligibility for Ridge Oak II - Section 202 rent subsidized units located at 35 Lindbergh Lane:

• Applicants must be 62 years of age or older.
• Applicant gross annual income:
  Individual $35,700
  Two-persons $40,800

Applications may be obtained in-person at the rental offices located at 150 Manchester Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 weekdays between 9 am and 4:30 pm, via the website - www.ridgeoak.org or via the mail by calling (908) 221-0266.

Waiting lists will be developed on a first come first serve basis. Applications must be received via the US Mail and will be date and time stamped prior to placement in the waiting list book(s).

No e-mail, FAX or hand delivered applications will be accepted.

Completed applications must be received via US Mail by October 29, 2010 at which time the waiting lists for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments at Ridge Oak /Manchester Drive and Ridge Oak II/Lindbergh Lane will be closed. The waiting list for efficiency apartments at Ridge Oak/Manchester Drive will remain open.
