Waiting list applications are available for STUDIO/EFFICIENCY apartments ONLY!

Eligibility for Ridge Oak - Section 8 rent subsidized STUDIO/EFFICIENCY apartments located on Manchester Drive:

• Applicant must be 62 years of age or older.
• Applicant gross annual income: Individual $45,500

Applicant must be BOTH age and income eligible at the time their application is submitted.

No more than one (1) person may reside in a STUDIO/EFFICIENCY unit. Transfers are not permitted.

Applications may be obtained in-person at the rental offices located at 150 Manchester Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 weekdays between 9 am and 4:30 pm, via the website - www.ridgeoak.org or via the mail by calling (908) 221-0266.

Waiting lists will be developed on a first come first serve basis. Applications must be received via the US Mail and will be date and time stamped prior to placement in the waiting list books. No e-mail or FAX’d applications will be accepted.
