Zufall Health is the medical and dental home for the underserved in New Jersey. This fully licensed, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), provides high-quality, affordable, compassionate medical (including Covid vaccine/testing) and dental care to patients in Morris, Sussex, Hunterdon, Warren, Somerset, and Essex counties. Patients of all ages are welcome, regardless of income or insurance status.
