Provides access to long-term care support services, health promotion and education for adults (aged 60+),
as well as adults (aged 18+) with physical disabilities, veterans and caregivers in Somerset County.

Nutrition and Wellness Programs

Grab and Go Lunch service is available as a healthy alternative to congregate dining. Seniors can pick up their lunch at curbside at any of the six county-operated senior centers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration and reservations are required.

Meals on Wheels Program – home delivery of lunch for the homebound

Wellness Program – congregate lunch served at a central site or grab and go
