Payment:

  • Anyone with Medicare as a primary insurance (ex: Medicare with Aetna, United Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Sheild, or AARP) there is no charge.

  • Medicaid/NJFamilyCare participants pay a $52 copayment

  • Call to enroll

  • Have doctor fax over blood work request and demographics

Labcorp – Getlabs: Mobile Blood Work

Service: In-home bloodwork


Payment:

  • Most insurances accepted for blood work, but NOT Medicaid

  • Service cost starting at $99 (for Basking Ridge area)


How it works:

  • Use the link above to schedule a visit and

  • Enter your lab request from doctor and insurance information

  • Service can only be scheduled online through Getlabs (3rd party to LabCorp)

  • Once blood is taken, results are sent to your prescribing doctor

Dental

 

Zufall Dental Van

Service: Dental services that comes, via van, to Ridge Oak at 150 Manchester Drive
Zufall can assist with dentures but patient must go to one of their in-person offices in Dover, Flemington, or Morristown.

 

Payment:

  • All major insurances accepted, including Medicaid

  • All services are charged on a sliding scale, no more than $55 (with or without insurance)


How it works:

  • Call Molly at Ridge Oak to be placed on the list

  • Fill out registration forms

  • Van comes 1x Month


Podiatry

 

Dr. Sharon Root, M DPM

Service: In-home Podiatry for Ridge Oak residents

Payment: Major insurances accepted, except for Medicaid

 

How it Works:

  • Call Molly to at Ridge Oak to be placed on the list

  • Fill out registration forms

  • As per Medicare policy, individuals can be seen by the doctor every 62 days
